An AI agent is software that can read information, make a simple decision and take an action, such as replying to a query, updating a sheet or sending an email. It follows rules you agree on, and important steps can be sent to a person for approval.
Will the AI make up wrong answers?
The document assistant is set up to answer only from your own documents and to show the source of each answer. No AI is perfect, so Hemal tests it on your real questions before launch, and anyone can check where an answer came from.
Which AI models do you use?
Hemal picks the model that fits the job and the budget, for example models from OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) or open-source options. The system can be moved to another model later if prices or quality change.
Is my business data safe?
Your documents and data stay in accounts you own, such as your own database and cloud. Only the text needed for each answer is sent to the AI model, and provider settings that do not train on your data where they are available.
How long does it take and what does it cost?
A document assistant costs ₹29,999 and takes 5–7 business days. A multi-agent workflow costs ₹59,999 and takes 10–14 business days. Larger end-to-end systems start at ₹99,999 and take 2–4 weeks.
Are there running costs after launch?
