Common questions
Why are my emails going to spam?
Most often your domain is missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, which email providers use to check that a message really comes from you. Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require these from anyone sending in volume.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
They are three small text records in your domain settings. Together they tell Gmail, Outlook and others which servers may send email for you, and what to do with fake emails that use your name.
Can you guarantee my emails will reach the inbox?
No one can honestly guarantee that, because Gmail and Outlook make the final decision. Hemal sets up everything they check, test it, and give you tools to watch your reputation.
How much does Amazon SES cost to run?
Amazon charges per email sent, which for most businesses costs much less than a monthly newsletter subscription. You pay Amazon directly, and Hemal estimates the cost before set-up.
Will this affect my normal email, like Google Workspace?
No. Your mailboxes keep working. Hemal lists every service that sends email for you before changing anything, and only add or correct the records that prove your emails are genuine.
Is cold email allowed?
Rules differ by country. Hemal sets up the technical side, including unsubscribe links, but you are responsible for whom you email and for following the laws that apply to you.
