What is a VPS?
A VPS (virtual private server) is your own private space on a cloud server. Unlike shared hosting, other websites cannot slow yours down, and you control the security settings.
What is CI/CD?
CI/CD means that when your developers save new code to GitHub, it is checked and put live automatically. It removes manual uploads and the mistakes that come with them.
Will my website go down during the move?
Hemal plans moves to keep downtime as short as possible: the new server is fully prepared first and the switch happens at a quiet time. The old server stays ready in case you need to switch back.
Which cloud provider should I use?
It depends on your budget and traffic. Oracle Cloud, DigitalOcean, AWS and Hostinger are all options, and Hemal recommends one in writing before you buy anything.
Who pays for the server?
You pay the cloud provider directly, in your own account. The TENSIX fee covers only the set-up work.
What if something breaks after set-up?
Hemal sets up monitoring and automatic restarts so problems are caught early. For ongoing care, the Growth Engine Retainer includes server updates, backups and security checks.
