Why custom software instead of ready-made software?
Ready-made software is quick to start but makes you change your process to fit it, and monthly fees grow as you add users. Custom software fits how you already work, and because you own it there is no per-user fee to TENSIX.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code goes into your own GitHub account and the software runs on your own cloud or server account, so you can hire anyone to work on it later.
What is an MVP?
An MVP (minimum viable product) is the first simple version of a product, with just enough features for real customers to use and pay for. It lets you test the idea before spending more.
Can it connect to Tally, WhatsApp or my existing software?
Usually yes, if the other software allows connections through an API or data export. Hemal checks this on the first call and confirms it in the written scope before you pay.
How is the price decided?
Every project has a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts. Larger projects are split into milestones, each with clear deliverables.
What happens after launch?
You can book changes when you need them, or choose a monthly retainer for regular updates and upkeep.
